Working with Tim and his install team was a pleasure! I had submitted inquiries to a number of fencing companies in the Austin who were slow to respond or difficult to schedule with. Working with True Built Fence was the opposite. Tim was at my house for an estimate within an hour of my call, and his team was ready to install a week later.

Tim worked with my neighbor and I to replace the fence between our two yards. The work was scheduled quickly, completed in one day, and competitively priced. I would definitely recommend.

I hired this company based upon neighbor referrals and found them to be very professional and responsive throughout the process. They provided an estimate and expressed their desire to be competitive with alternative bids because they had developed a relationship with our fellow neighbors. The team was super efficient and got the job done quickly and kept the worksite very clean with minimal disturbance. They were conscious of all our dogs and made sure the pups were well secured. Tim and the whole True Built squad did a great job with our fence replacement. They were able to get me on the schedule not far from when I initially inquired. Tim was communicative leading up to the project about what to expect and helped clarify all my questions along the way. During the project we had a slight design shift and the whole crew was quick to make the desired adjustments. The whole project felt casual and easy and we ended with a great product.

Wood posts were replaced with 6 steel posts for better stability. Tim's guy did a great job at an affordable price and with a quick turnaround time. Very happy overall.

I just recently had True Built Fence replace part of my fence based off a recommendation. I could not be happier with the responsiveness of the company, the price, and quality of work. The team came in, took down my old fence, and had the new portion up within 2 hours (I have metal fence posts from previous installation). The fence looks amazing and has transformed the look and feel of my backyard. My animals are definitely safer now and no longer at risk of escape. True Built Fence was amazing. They built us a beautiful metal fence. They scheduled us right away and completed it in one day. The owner Tim came over to inspect it and make sure we were happy after it was built. Couldn't be happier with them. Highly recommend.

We love our new fence from True Built. Tim is a great guy to work with! Friendly, honest, and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. His crew is fast and professional and it didn't hurt that they were the cheapest option as well. Highly recommended.

I hired Tim for three jobs of various sizes. One was a simple gate replacement and reinforcement. Another was a partial replacement and finally a full replacement. Tim was great to work with regardless of the size of the project. He provides clear bids with drawings that show his measurements, materials and prices. Tim handled most of the project via text, reached out to all the neighbors and had easy options for payment. All of the fences he installed for me were standard 6 ft picket fences but given how easy it was to communicate with Tim, I'm confident if I wanted a more elaborate fence he would be able to either execute it with his team or provide me a reference.

Very easy process from start to finish. Tim had a lot of great advice and he came back quickly with a very reasonable quote. They were freaking machines and had my fence up in no time.
